In a video posted to social media on September 4, the Nepali #army announced it had rescued two workers trapped in a hydropower tunnel. The rescue brings hope of reaching over a dozen others thought to be trapped inside the tunnel. Both men were flown to a hospital in #Kathmandu. The floods killed more than 1,200 people, and over 5,000 are still missing.
