The death toll continues to rise in the Nepal and Tibet floods as the situation remains fast-moving. The Red Cross says around 93,000 people have been affected. International aid is arriving from several countries, but rescue efforts have been hampered by the difficulty of coordinating operations in the remote Himalayan terrain.
